Hailing from northern New Jersey, Golombek has perfected the Old World Jewish recipes passed onto her by her mother. She has served generations with her authentic Ashkenazi dishes. Known as the “Kugel Queen,” you can find her lending her culinary skills to the kitchen staff of the Siegel Retirement Center in Somerset, New Jersey.
